WHAT: Batalla De Los Gallos 2006 - The return of the First Latin Hip Hop MC Battle in New York City! La Batalla De Los Gallos is back full force to represent the Latin community in Hip Hop. Bringing together over 64 MC's from across the nation in one place to showcase their talents in the form of Lyrical Battling. Last year the winner of the N.Y. Qualifier was flown to Puerto Rico to compete for the title of World Champion, this year New York Cities representative will win an all expense paid flight to Colombia where winners from over 12 Spanish speaking countries will gather in hopes of taking the championship home. The winner will not only win the World Championship but also bring home a cash prize and other prizes.

Considered by many as the ultimate battle in Latin Hip Hop, La Batalla De Los Gallos is a true definitive form of Hip Hop for Latinos.
