/Radio News Articles/ - NEW YORK, NY, August 22, 2005 - It has been officially announced that the long awaited flick by the successful Latin radio host Luis Jimenez will be released independently this fall October 21, 2005 to be distributed by Televisa pictures.

This full filled pack Latin comedy although not yet rated, is expected to be a hit with Latin viewers and listeners which has increased to 6 million. These figures include his internet listeners. With over 41 million Hispanic's in the US along (Time Mag-issue 8/22/05) and very few Latin comedy film's released in the US, its now the time to grab hold of a theme that has been long overlooked.

"El Vacilon-The Movie", is about two Latin Deejays named Luis and Moon who host a morning radio talk show live from New York City, roles that pretty much reflect their everyday lives but with a comical twist.

Luis Jimenez host of El Vacilon De La Manana 97.9fm is syndicated throughout parts of the Northeast including Puerto Rico.
